Lamella stacker and press feeder systems

During the formation of the binder, the glue-covered lamellas are stacked upon each other in lamella piles according to the given beam construction using a mechanized stacking system.

 

With our beam formation systems, the lamellas can be stacked upon each other individually or in layers. Thus, also the production of block-glued beams or the pressing of several adjacent beams in a single press filling is possible – depending on the beam and press width – to maximize the output of a press.

 

Our beam formation systems can be optionally equipped with an interim lifting unit; this will allow that a new press batch can already be formed, while the previous one is fed into the press.

  • Lamella stackers with interim lifting unit for reduced cycle times
  • Press feed system with lateral centering mechanism for feeding the press charge into the press
